Free WiFi is available at both Shropshire & North Yorkshire sites.

It will be available in your accommodation if you are staying on site.

Can I bring my own BBQ?

We do not allow guests to bring BBQs as they are a fire risk.

Remember, if you’re staying in our accommodation, you’ll be having a BBQ on Saturday, cooked by us! Or if you're visiting for a day only as a group, you can book our tasty home-reared BBQ!

What is in the Farm Adventure home-reared BBQ?

We firstly cook our BBQ on our Muck Spreader Grill! Have a look when you visit us - it's an old upcycled piece of genuine farming equipment, now used for BBQing! Ironic it was used to spread poo once upon a time!

The main ingredients are our home-reared beef burgers & pork sausages, which are made locally by our butchers. These are all gluten-free. For the veggies & vegans, we cook veggie burgers & sausages in place of the meat products, separately of course, but on the BBQ.

To go with this, we provide a fresh bread roll, cheddar cheese, coleslaw, tomato & mozarella salad, lettuce & gherkins. All ingredients are there for you to help yourself to and build you plate!

There will be sauces & crisps for you to add the finishing touches!

Plenty of food to fill yourself after all that hard work!

You will be asked in advance of your visit to us, for any gluten, vegetarian or vegan requirements, so we can cook food to order.

We can offer the vegetarian option in place of Halal requirements.

Can I buy drinks & souvenirs on site?

We sell cans of pop such as Coke & Diet Coke and others. We also sell mini pots of ice creams.

We sell our merchandise too, which can include bamboo sunglasses, slogan t-shirts, beanies, travel mugs & mugs. More items may be available!

Can we wear fancy dress for the activities?

Of course! Get creative and find inspo from our social media channels to see what other groups have worn before!

Just remember, if you're wearing any inflatable outfit, you might need batteries! Sometimes we do sell them on site, but it's not guaranteed!

Also, just make sure you prepare for having to take the outfits off - you know, incase you start getting competitive and it's holding you back for example!!

Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further advice.

We have different numbers of people wanting to stay, to who wants to do the activities, to who wants to have the BBQ. Can you cater for this?

The best thing to do if you have people who want to book slightly different options to the main booking requirement, is to get in touch with our team.

They can talk through options.

We aim to be flexible, but we do have some restrictions.

For example, if you are staying for the weekend, and there are a few day only guests, we limit the number of the day only guests.

Another example would be if you are a day visitor, and have more people for the BBQ than for the activities.

Please just Get In Touch to discuss.

My friend / someone in the group is autistic. Can they come?

We are not trained to be able to advise whether Farm Adventure is suitable for anyone with special needs or special requirements.

Our instructors will do their utmost to include everyone in the group, as much as they feel comfortable with.

Please refer to our accessibility statements for access to the site and accommodation for the location you are looking at.

If we have less than the minimum number of people required in our group, can we book in?

Minimum numbers for The Ultimate Farmer Activities only, is 8

Minimum numbers for an overnight stay in Shropshire is 8.

Minimum numbers for an overnight stay in Yorkshire is 10.

Unfortunately we cannot book groups in who do not meet this minimum requirement.

Please note : if you make a booking for a weekend stay with us in Shropshire, as an example, for 8 people. If one person drops out, you will be required to pay the full amount for the minimum of 8 people.

Do you ever mix groups doing the activities?

Farm Adventure never merges groups, so if you are a group of for example, 10, we would not put you with another group of say 15.

We allocate an instructor exclusively to your group for the duration of your activities. You may have two or more instructors if you are a particularly big group, but our team will let you know this on the day of your visit.

There may also be other groups on site at the same time as you, but they will be with their own instructor and you won’t be doing activities together. You may see them doing the activities and they may see you, but no joining of groups takes place.

What is the best way to get in touch with you?

We will always aim to get back to you within 24 hours, but please be kind, as sometimes we're super busy, and can be playing catch up with all our enquiries!
